Celebrating 20 years of SPNPT!

Brill’s Studies in Platonism, Neoplatonism, and the Platonic Tradition (SPNP) gathers monographs, critical editions, and edited collections devoted to Platonism in antiquity and its long afterlife. Twenty years on, the catalogue reads as a celebration of how the tradition has been read across two decades.

New FSA Publication Series 

The series Symploké aims to publish monographs and edited collections with the results of the research developed by one of the following FSA research groups: Philosophy from Antiquity to the Renaissance / History of Theology and Religion / History of mathematical, scientific, and political thought.


The series will also consider proposals for volumes which fit within the scope of the series submitted by international scholars from outside of the FSA groups.

Foro di Studi Avanzati Gaetano Massa is an association of humanities scholars founded under the aegis of Dr. Gaetano Massa and Prof. Riccardo Campa in Rome. The symposia held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York during the winter of 1951-1952 provided the model for the FSA. The Foro itself was established at the Academia Real de España in Rome on June 25, 2013. ...
